Earl International Ltd was founded in August 2007 and is an amalgamation of all the skills and experiences learned from various courses, qualifications, employment, and life’s lessons.

Air Apparent is the aviation based section that concentrates on Human Factors training and Aviation Psychology. LOSA:SP is included there, as is quality audit for aviation organisations and Fatigue Risk (FRMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) implementation.

On The Safe Side concentrates on Health, Safety & the environment consultancy and gives my availability for talking at conference. Recent conferences attended can be found here:

Take ‘Art showcases some of the photography work of my son – Kevin Lake, a very talented young man. An example of his photos can be seen on that section.
